OUR COMPANY
RS Marine Shipmanagement N.V. was established in Willemstad, Curaçao since 2011. RS Marine operates on the beautiful island of Curaçao and provides shipmanagement services to its clients all over the world.

The management services of the company include technical management, crew management, commercial management and financial and administration services. The company is responsible for providing suitable and qualified seafarers to it’s clients, deployment of the seafarers onboard, providing commercial services and the processing of the seafarers payroll.

Our staff consists of people with knowledge of the maritime industry, including the relevant maritime international instrument in training, certification and labor standards.

MLC 2006 CERTIFICATION
RS Marine is managed by Dammers Shipmanagement Inc. (part of the Dammers Group of Companies). The Dammers group is fully ISO certified and employs over 50 professionals on the ABC Islands (Aruba, Bonaire Curaçao). In addition to the ISO certification of the Dammers Group of Companies, RS Marine is certified for the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) 2006. The MLC 2006 provides comprehensive rights and protection for crewmembers employed on a ship.

CLIENTS
Currently RS Marine has over 25 vessels under its management working in different areas around the world. All of our  500+ crewmembers who are recruited and placed on board our clients vessels are trained, qualified and certified as competent to perform their duties on board. We accept crewmembers from different nationalities and parts of the world.
